We have the printer set to pause printing at the layer where the magnets will be completely embedded so they cannot be removed, but still have a fair amount of magnetic pull. Embedding Magnets in a Frog! | 3D Layer Labs FL
Watch as we reveal the SILKY FROG! This huge articulated Frog looks great and adding magnets to the 3D print was a great idea! However, learning that they have discontinued the Silk PLA in Green and Blue was a huge disappointment. One lucky viewer will grab this one-of-a-kind toy unless an Etsy buyer buys it first! I'll be searching for a new Silk PLA that will be similar but we are very picky when it comes to PLA choices. We only use 100% Eco Friendly, Non-Toxic PLA so a little research is required to make sure it's up to our standards.
